ADT Select is a service that provides easy access to information which is important to our Service Agents and customers. This web-based portal allows the user to query and report data in real time on Fire Alarm activations.
This service works over a “highly secure” network that ensures the safety of the information. Furthermore, site access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
With ADT Select, the following reports are available:

Off Normal Report |
All Fire Alarms with any event in an off normal status |

Any system where a Test Fire signal has not been generated in the past month |

Survey Exception Report |
Any system where survey date has not been updated in two years |
