Online Reporting
ADT Select is a service that provides easy access to information to assist our customers with managing their automated Fire Alarm obligations and improving operational efficiency. For a small monthly fee ($20+GST), this web-based portal allows the user to query and report data in real time on Fire Alarm activations.
ADT Select reports on current and historic event data and site information for any date and time range, right down to the second. This service works over a “highly secure” network that ensures the safety of the information. Customers can only view their site information and furthermore, we ensure site access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
With ADT Select, the following reports are available:

Fire Alarm List |
List of all Fire Alarms a customer is responsible for. The Fire Alarm number in this report refers to the number on the Fire Alarm panel – the first site is a Primary and customers can have multiple Secondary connections e.g Sprinklers. |

List of event history for an individual or group of Fire Alarms by all or selected Fire Alarm events. |

Off Normal Report |
All Fire Alarms currently in an off normal status. This report is used by Service Agents to highlight Fire Alarms in an off normal status at any given time. |

Monthly Test Exception Report |
Fire Alarm systems are required to be tested each month and this report highlights any system where a Test Fire signal has not been generated in the past month, indicating systems requiring testing. |

Survey Exception Report |
Fire Alarm systems require biennial surveys and this report highlights any system where the survey date has not been updated. |
