What is automated fire monitoring
ADT fire monitoring is the monitoring of a signal generated by a fire alarm system at a site, automatically transmitted through telecommunications networks to the New Zealand Fire Service Communication Centres for rapid response from the NZFS and/or Service Agent.
In most cases, the New Zealand Fire Service or your local Territorial Authority (Council) will advise when a building is required, for building compliance, to have a Fire Alarm System and automated fire monitoring installed. However, many building owners elect to utilise automated fire monitoring to further protect their investments and satisfy insurance requirements.
